Description of Service Offered
We offer a variety of accommodation options ranging from single rooms to luxury suites. All of our rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, cable TV and 24-hour room service. We also offer additional services such as airport shuttle, fitness centre and swimming pool.

Explanation of How Payment Occurs
Payments can be made through various methods including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Mention of Third Parties Involved in the Provision of the Service
We work in collaboration with various companies to provide additional services such as sightseeing tours, car rental and spa services. These services are provided by third parties and are subject to their own policies and terms of service.
